  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for immediate assistance.
